TO COOK WITH
strawberries, blueberries & agave syrup
1. 1 tsp flax seeds & 1 tbsp water - combine in bowl & leave
2. 1 banana, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla essence - blend together
3. 1 tsp coconut oil - pan, heat
4. Flaxseed gel & banana milk - combine
5. Mixture - add to pan, fry, flip, set aside
6. Plate - Pancakes, fruit, syrup & EAT!
